Prepare Meeting Agendas and Collect Related Material,
•Take and Record Minutes of the Meetings.
•Arrange & keep follow up of Managers' Duty Travels.
•Individually manage Sales & Corporate Events/ Seminars.
•Administratively dealing with team in presence/ absence of managers.
•Compile, proofread, revise drafts of documents & reports, also keep to update VPP & RMP about the activities through Weekly/ Monthly reports.
•Raised e-IRA for Business Partners, advised by SMSP/CSM & forward to CTO for further action.
•Put “EB” and “UG” remarks in system after approval from VPP/ SMSP/ CSMP.
•Supervise & Maintain leave Record for Staff & Head of Department Manager.
•Supporting HR & provide Leave Record/ Reports for entire EK-PK staff when needed.
•Verify & Process Staff Claims directly to Head Office.
•Process Medical Claims for Staff / Management & corresponding with assigned insurer company.
•Create Requisitions for Stationary/ Pantry & Electric items, keep follow up with FAM also with Dealers & to ensure office running smoothly.
•Coordinate office management activities to aid executives,
•Identify Problems & Improve Processes.
•Supporting Sales, Corporate & Sales Support Staff especially handling Incentive Groups.
•Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, documenting actions, inputting information into file database.
•Keep the VPP, Sales & Corporate Manager's Diary up to date.
•Arranging Sales & Corporate Manager's Meeting's lunches, refreshments & any other information required for the meeting.
