*Responsible for Fats & oils bleaching & deordizing Process, Saponification Process & as well as performed Preventive Maintenance & scheduling of Plant equipment.

Responsible for Production Planning & as well as Maintenance Activities of the Department as
“ Department Incharge” of “ tooth Paste Manufacturing Plant”.
*Implementation, Preparation & Execution of “ Production Plans & Programme ”.
*Responsible for GMP implementation in plant.
*Responsible for Maintenance, Care Taking & Efficient operation of Plant Equipments & Machinery such as: MIxers, Pumps, Compressors, Chillers, ozone unit etc.
*Responible for zero micro incident (MPI & MSI) & effective Cleaning & sanitization (CSI) as per given frequency.
*Responsible for Smooth & Safe Operation of Plant & Personnel/Staff, (Safety Issues).
*Responsible for Production Execution & Enhancement as per S.O.P’s (Standard Operating Procedures) & Maintain Quality Standards.
*Maintain House Keeping & Cleaning of Plant Production Areas as per GMP requirement.
*Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Plant Production Reports, Efficiency Reports, KPIs, Stock Reports, Monthly “Material Balances” & Shortages Reports etc.
Experience & Responsible for Installation, Erection & Fabrication of New Equipment & Mixer at CDC (Colgate Dental Cream) Plant during Expansion & Up-gradation Projects.
