The CRM Officer’s role is to ensure the database of customers are permanently updated and CRM & Internal Communication campaigns are properly executed. This role also aims at having an excellent customer service across the group by answering their requests, conducting satisfaction surveys as well as handling the mystery shopper program. In addition, the CRM Officer is responsible for handling the PR and Marketing Invoices Tracking on a regular basis.
Fully in charge of a leading counter and of creating a high performing retail environment offering the best customer experience. Understand and analyses the sales and all key indicators of my departments. Managing sales and interacting with buyers.

Assist manager in, and lead by example to, maximize store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss, capitalize on merchandising opportunities and maintain cost controls. Support the store manager to deliver a highly developed and motivated team whilst ensuring individual, and store compliance with all company policy and procedure, audit, and country law. Act as the manager in charge in the absence of store manager.
