1- Account payable reconciliation, and communicating with supplier regarding their outstanding and overdue invoices, and make sure to have a good relationship with them,
2- Following up with our existing customers (Main Contractors) regarding our pending payments.
3- Prepare tax return report,
4- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
5- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
6- Coordinate with management to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
7- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
8- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
9- Monitoring project cost and ensure to allocate all cost to its code in the system.
10- Coordinate with project manager and the management about the work-done percentage, to issue accurate on-progress invoice for each project in regularly base,
11- auditing on the delivery note which receive from the site, and insuring the brand, quality, quantity, and the price is the same in the issued purchase order.
12- Insure all financial transaction related to all employee such as advances, increment and deductions are submitted to HR department in right time, to prepare accurate WPS reports.
13- Monitoring time sheets a which prepared by foremen and engineers and
• To prepare trial balance sheet and PL accounts and submit the same to Managing Director of The Company.
• Manage monthly general ledger posting & closing, passing necessary journal entries to make system more accountable.
• Preparation of company’s financial reports (Monthly and Annual or as per requirement).
• Full responsibility on handling Company’s Bank Accounts (Cheque issuance and reconciles monthly bank statements/bank reconciliation).
• Handling the petty cash Accounts.
• Handling Creditor’s accounts and sub contractors accounts with full control on guarantee cheques and bank guarantee.
• To prepare company budgets, monitor and take appropriate action in case any deviation than allowed one.
• Manage the credit control operations such that the receivables are received on time and the credit limits are within the stipulated target.
• Continuous monitoring of the cash flow and update the same to the managing Director from time to time.
• Ensure all the customer invoices are prepared in time such that the payments from the customers are realized in time according to the set policy.
Prepare Monthly Reports for every project and total company activities to the GM and The Owners:
1. Indirect cost report and their details
2. Direct cost (materials) report and its details
3. Preparation of the final actual cost report (direct + indirect ) for each site to review from the management as per the plan .
• Insurance control.
• Prepare financial statements up to finalize.
• Responsible for credit and cash.
• Handling bank Account and monthly bank reconciliation.
