I have very good experience in Cost and Budget management, Preparation of project forecasting, Preparing interim application for payments, Liaising with client, consultant and main contractor, identifying and submitting variations, Preparing sub contractor's payment certificate, Preparing and Maintaining internal reports like variation log, payment log etc... and preparation of monthly cost reports for management review.
