- Formulate, develop and implement company policies and procedures in line with the current employment laws and regulations in consultation with management.
- Prepare, administer and analyze HR assessment systems.
- Update and manage the records of the performance appraisal system.
- Perform HR planning. Receive and compile employment applications and manage the CVs data bank
-Schedule and organize applicants interviews in coordination with Management and department directors.
- Manage and update all recruitment venues. Evaluate the functionality of the process.
- Update the employee handbook.
- Propose annual Budgets for the HR department.
- Prepare job analysis and job descriptions.
- Process the monthly payroll and the related reports.
Implementing and constantly updating human resources policies and procedures and staff handbook.
Developing and updating company hierarchy and job description for all positions.

Managing all aspects of recruitment and staffing.
Preparing a draft annual budget for the H.R. department
Preparing the payroll system and all related aspects of employee compensation in liaison with finance department.
Ensuring Company compliance with all relevant legal requirements under national labor and NSSF laws.
Introducing and running a training needs assessment program.
Preparing salary scale study reviewing the salaries of peer institutions in the market.
Managing Medical insurance transaction.
Preparing and implementing performance appraisal.
Developing and maintaining disciplinary and incentive procedures.
-Ensuring a system is in place which ensures that all major risks of the association are identified and analysed.
- Planning, organising and carrying out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs
- Reporting to the president on the policies, programs and activities of the department.
- Coordinating coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the other's work but also well briefed on areas of concern.
- Making recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, reporting on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation.
- Reviewing and reporting on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management.
