Led the Technical and the BIM team in QIDDYA with DEWAN as consultant and Al Seif and Alec
(ESA) as main contractor, actively participated in internal and external project meetings,
served as the central point of contact for cross-departmental technical needs, and
collaborated with project departments to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
In KAFD with JLL as consultant and BAYTUR (SAB) as the main contractor, I coordinated inter-
departmental efforts, assessed drawings and reports, participated in client and consultant
meetings, and managed quantity reviews for (B.O.Q) and sub-contractors' invoices
In the New Administrative Capital, oversaw octagon responsibilities including architecture and
structure shop drawing, coordination between site and BIM departments, QS tasks for
structural and architectural elements, landscape shop drawing (softscape and hardscape),
attending meetings with project manager and consultant, and preparing contractual
documents with subcontractors
Managed shop drawing and as-built drawings for the memorial building in the New
Administrative Capital. Collaborated with "ECG company" and "ARMED FORCES ENGINEERING
AUTHORITY" to review drawings, overseeing site workflow, and resolving technical issues.
In South Sinai Governorate, enhanced efficiency and construction for "Ministry of
Environment" buildings. Managed shop drawing and as-built drawings, supervised work sites,
and handled tasks such as calculating bills of quantities and completing excel sheets (B.O.Q).
Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs and quality
standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for seamless
communication and coordination. Monitor progress to align with architectural plans, conduct
regular inspections, and promptly address deviations or issues.
