Responsible for Planning, Procurement, Payments, Production, both In-bound & Out Logistic:
• Analysis & retain yearly sales/order projection based on market & corporate plan.
• Examine opportunity to streamline production according to market needs.
• Oversee all payments requirements and liaison with corporate finance.
• Prepare daily & monthly sales figures to the principle.
• Plan and manage with principle sales/order subsidy.
• Daily reports to the management showing our daily performance vs budget sales target.
• Oversee the clearance & logistic process of shipments be it vehicles, parts & accessories.
• Maintain & monitor monthly KPI for the logistic team, based on factors such vehicle delivery lead time, dispatch, pre-delivery inspection.
• Maintain a pre-delivery inspection process.
