Duties and Responsibilities :
Make ITP, MOS, ICL, CRS
Meeting with clients and subcontractors
Quality check of incoming material
FAT material visit to vendor for clarification
Client Quality control Inspection and resolve problems
Daily, weekly and incoming month work reports and planning respectively.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Inspection and Monitoring of installation as per DWG, ITP, MOS, OTS, TRS, PSD, FAT, SOW & GA Drawings
DCR for different installation of Design vs site observation
RFI inspection & Log maintenance of PV and Heat Tracing to Raise electrical TOP's
TOP punch list, NCR's, Deviations Closure after rectification
Inspection of electrical transmission infrastructure - substations, Circuit breakers, Switchgear, Transformers and underground cabling infrastructure ( HT, LT, HV, MV, LV cable drum, Cable pulling, cable laying, testing, glanding and termination, Instruments connection, continuity and loop testing, insulation resistance test, cable tray installation, hi pot test of HV cables), Bus bar installation and testing of bus bar joints activities
Support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring
Inspections of work rectifications regarding, Motor, Pump, PV Structure installation ( Piles, Torque Tube, Module ), Transformers, Inverters, Switch station, Earthing systems, Distribution box’s, Combiner box & other cabinets, weather station, Firefighting system, Battery, UPS, DC charger, control & Relay and protection panel installation

Audit Engineering project
Duties and Responsibilities :
Check and Verify Specifications, Procedure, Electrical & Instrument Installations as per Client Specification.
Inspection of Installation of “ROSEMOUNT” temperature sensors, transmitters, pressure sensors, level sensors and transmitters, thermocouples and multi skin temperature sensors as per drawing.
Inspections for Grounding Resistance testing, Continuity & Insulation resistance Test, polarity test, High Voltage test cable for HV, MV cables and other related tests related to construction and per-commissioning .
Inspections of Installation of grounding system, equipment grounding and installation of panels/cabinets like as MV, LV, UPS, VFD, lighting and DCS cabinets, dry transformer installation and their Power and control wiring as per ITP and MOS.
Inspections of PV (40 MW) modules, Posts ( Piles), stings, inverters, trenches, cable tray and other PV Area equipment's and system installations.
Installation & Loop Checking of Field Instruments.
Review of P&ID, Instruments lists & Flow charts.
Inspection of other Pipeline instruments as temperature sensor, pressure sensor, Control valves and other instruments.
Raising RFI(Request for inspection) and Responsible for all type of Electrical and instrumentation inspections in project area
Monitoring all aspects of Electrical and instrumentation works during the construction in order to ensure the technical requirements.
Review of Quality plans, ITP’s, MOS and electrical standards like as IEC, ISO, IEEE and Approval for project specifications based on client specifications.
Responsible of closing NCR, Deviations, TOP Punch list etc.
Making Red lines drawings and DCR(Design change request) if needed in case of site work conditions.
Pre-commissioning and commissioning testing.
Submitting of TOP (RFI and related documents).
Handling LOTO (Lock out, Tag out) Activities.
Commissioning safety
Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervising and checking the site works according to Drawings in Project like as,
power wiring, lighting & Lighting Control Systems (DALI, Diming, Motion Sensor etc), Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation System, Emergency lighting, Voice and Data Systems and verifying the load schedule.
Designing for load schedule for DB, SMDB, MDB, MCC and also verifying load schedules that are already designed.
Planning and Estimating for electrical cable sizing, cable trays, trunks for site and also for pumps rooms ( cascade, chalet, executive, family) for swimming pools.
Reporting Mechanical and electrical Estimation of swimming pool pumps rooms.
Handling site problems and providing suitable solutions.
Reporting the management about the site issues.
Designing and Estimating for electrical cable size, cable trays and all other accessories related to Electrical for this project consisting on 14 pumps rooms ( as, cascade, chalet, executive, Ornamental, Sunkin, Lightwell, internal, arrival, transfer, family)
Reporting Mechanical and electrical work progress of project to management and main contractors.
Securing record of all estimated material needed for project and also pending material that is needed and updating pending material to management.
Coordinating with main contractors in case of site issues.
Handling site problems and supervising all site activities.
Providing plan for site works.
Execution of Work according to MEP Project drawings.
Supervision of Electrical works with the reference of design specifications, international standards and local authority’s rules & regulation
Maintain the technical documentation regarding site activities & preparing project performance.
Co-Operating with the Electrical team and assigning the daily works to be target.
Planning and observing the daily works which to be performed at field.
Performing different testing insulation Resistance (IR) testing of the cables (Meggering), grounding resistance checking, loop testing/continuity testing, equipments testing.
Installation of temperature sensors, transmitters, pressure sensors, level sensors and transmitters as per drawing.
Installation of Heat tracing cables.
Installation of DCS and other control cabinets and their wiring.
Installation and testing of MV, LV, VFD cabinets, transformers and their wiring.
Installation and testing of grounding network with equipments and structure grounding system.
Installation and testing of motorized control valves.
Cables trays installation and cables laying supervision work.

Plan and execute major overhauls of electrical systems and components as needed.
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Understanding of Power plant working and handling structure
VFD and controlling 3 phase motors with VFD
Transformer, including its protection and weekly reporting
Power generation, control & protection of synchronous Generators
Controlling of voltage level by tap-changing

Develop electrical designs for power generation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct feasibility studies and electrical system analysis to optimize performance and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Select appropriate electrical equipment for power generation projects.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source and acquire necessary electrical components.
Ensure that electrical systems and designs comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Implement and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Conduct tests on electrical systems to validate functionality and performance.
Oversee the commissioning of new electrical installations and ensure they meet specifications.
Identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency in electrical systems.
Implement measures to enhance the overall efficiency of power generation processes.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of electrical designs, procedures, and project specifications.
Generate regular reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that electrical systems meet the required standards.
Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
