Assuring compliance of statutory acts as well as rules and regulations
Management reporting - analyzing throughputs, KPIs, resources, budgets and cost cutting.
Assisting 25 numbers of staff, Assistant yard Supervisor, yard operators, supporting admin staff, and technicians.
Planning for batter control of the yard management and arrange Technical / Cosmetic PDI for new vehicles on time.
Ensuring smooth operations at all times and maintaining proper decorum & discipline by implementing & modifying the policies & procedures in my dept.
Managing workload from sales and coordinating with aftersales team in operations and their satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines & service quality norms.
Obtaining feedback, suggesting the most viable range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
