Monitoring Banking activities like setting up new accounts, adding signatures, reconciling, review fees/charges, coordinate and resolve various issues with relation manager for cheque discounting, LC, overdraft and online transaction.
Branch Accounting:
Prepared branch independent account and monitored cashier from head office.
Maintained control account updated and reconciled.
ERP Implementation:
Participated in Executing Focus ERP software by preparing chart of account, Master, Inventory head and branches with fully control on internal and external accounts. Defined cheque printing software with PDC register option of converting on maturity dates.
Annual Audit:
Providing information for external auditors to completes annual audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts.
