Responsible for:
* Administration and Management of about 1000 naval and civilian personnel belonging to about 25 different engineering disciplines
* Management and handling of financial matters and accounts in the submarine construction process; specially in regard to sub-contracting and procurement of stores
* Managing and organizing various types of management, technical and quality related training for the work force
* Ensuring timely availability of kit of material, stores, raw-materials and consumables as agreed with DCN France under the provisions of the contract
* Providing Lifetime Support to Avionics onboard fixed-wing (Antlantique, Fokker) and rotary-wing (Sea King, Alouette) aircraft
* Prediction, procurement, storage of aviation spares
* Inventory management and audits
* Performance evaluation and assessment of spare requirements for all Naval Aviation assets
* Proving logistics and technical support to teams which are undertaking complete stripping, inspection, refurbishment and rebuild of rotary and fixed wing aircraft;
