• Source and Procure all Raw & Packaging Materials for all SCC 11 Factories, SR 280 M / Year.
• Prepare and control Raw & Packaging Materials’ contracts.
• Lead cost saving initiatives in Raw & Packaging Materials.

Lead the logistics’ credit control team (Customer and supplier invoices).
• Generate all analysis reports for the Logistics department.
• Provide acknowledgments to the customers when requested.
• Ensure payments for suppliers to be on time.
• Controlling the transporters contracts.
Successfully graduated from (Management training program) provided by ILM and SAVOLA Group..
• Nine months rotation and training in all Supply Chain departments.
Responsible for scheduling the aircrafts maintenance from since arrive till got the job done.
• Creating a list of materials to be purchased.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that materials arrive on scheduled date.
• Update the master plan on daily basis.
TPM (2017 & 2018). Participating in chemical saving project (2017) and Packaging project (2018) which
aim to eliminate the waste and cost reduction.
* Cost Saving (2015). Submitting multiple studies to save cost in shipping cost and warehousing.
* Smooth Packaging (2015). Submitting studies to increase the palletized quantity from 250 to 400 per day.
* Improving the Transportation (Senior Project-2014). Employed the ''Nine Steps Method'' and
''Engineering Economic'' tools to define the problem (Transportation System between Dammam and
Jubail) and analysis it to get best alternative.
* Location Optimization & Space Utilization (2013). Rearranged the machines positions of the factory of
''Arabian Gulf Metal'' and found the optimal location of each machine to increase the materials flow
rate.
* Traffic Fines Database (2013). Designed and built a database to send the fines that occur in KFUPM
campus to student affairs and send a SMS message to the student containing the date, time and cost of
the fine.
* Foot playgrounds Business Plan (2013). A 5 years strategic plan, KPIs and dashboard to a non-profit
