- Built and set-up the Business Development Department (Acquisition, Account Management, B2B, Retail and Partnerships departments), including functional processes and workflows, KPIs, organizational structure, and roles and responsibilities

- Increased marketing efficiency (spend cost dropped from 50% to 25%) by supporting the marketing team in crafting targeted digital marketing ads and campaigns, as well as analyzing product sales to target critical categories
- Led and managed 8 FTE employees locally and 2 FTEs globally
- Currently responsible for the launch of the first Homzmart Offline store in KSA.
- Enabled JustMop KSA market entry and launch by generating leads and growing strategic partnerships within the kingdom
- Launched 6 new service/product verticals in Car Washing, Beauty, Deep Cleaning, Pest Control, and Covid home testing
- Developed SEO and digital marketing strategy that grew the app users by over 50K+ active users in a year
- Spearheaded a UX/UI re-design initiative project to enhance JustMop’s user journeys and experiences
- Drove Dokkan Afkar’s SKUs by 166.7% (3000 to 10000 SKUs)
- Raised average monthly sales from SAR 1.2 million in 2017 to SAR 2 million in 2018 and SAR 2.42 million in 2019
- Introduced the Marketing Direct Fund (MDF) and raised over SAR 320K+ in sales in 7 months
- Grew global budget from SAR 50K to SAR 800K in 2 years after introducing global direct purchasing in Dokkan Afkar
