- Built and set-up the Business Development Department (Acquisition, Account Management, B2B, Retail and Partnerships departments), including functional processes and workflows, KPIs, organizational structure, and roles and responsibilities
- Exceeded SKUs launch target by 300% (target was 3, 000 SKUs) over 6 main product categories by growing vendor relationships and sellers from 40+ to 350+ within a year, and acquiring customer-targeted items
- Partnered with leading governmental and private sector entities, namely, Ministry of Finance, Nestle, Resal, Adaa, Tabby, Tamara, STC, Dsquared, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Mazaya, Al Rajhi Bank, Amex, among others
- Grew GMV by 9% (SAR 7.35 million) by 2022 through launching the Cost-per-Sale affiliate program with over 100+ affiliates and by 3% (SAR 2.78 million) in 2023 through B2B projects namely with Misk Foundation, The Gulf Health Councel, Al Sabti Legal Consultants, Grids design office, and RMZ.
- Increased marketing efficiency (spend cost dropped from 50% to 25%) by supporting the marketing team in crafting targeted digital marketing ads and campaigns, as well as analyzing product sales to target critical categories
- Led and managed 8 FTE employees locally and 2 FTEs globally
- Currently responsible for the launch of the first Homzmart Offline store in KSA.
