• Taking care for all asset health care in all aspects.
• Monitoring the asset through the KPI’s.

• Managing and overall coordination of the development of the Detailed Planning for the turnaround which includes, Level 4 Plan & Scheduling, Identify/Challenge Critical & Almost Critical Paths, Isolation Plan, Scaffolding Plan, Materials Take- Off (BOM'S), Pre-Turnaround Plan, Assembly of Work Packages and all others deliverables required for contract bidding and to ensure that all necessary information for a smooth execution is available, including Safety and Quality Plans related deliverables
• Managing and overall coordination of the development of Turnaround scope with engineering department along with all Divisions within NOMAC / PETRORABIGH that contribute as proponents of works to be executed during the turnaround, and ensure providing the necessary support and advice for effective implementation of the scoping development process.
• Planning, scheduling, coordination and control of routine Corrective, Breakdown
& Preventive maintenance activities.
• Liaise with Materials & Services section to ensure availability of required
materials & services necessary for routine maintenance activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure no notifications or work orders are pending without any justified reason.
• Ensure quality of work orders historical data in SAP to facilitate reliability assessments of related equipment.
• Release various statistical & descriptive reports on work status & KPIs compliance.
• Vigilantly monitor the approved budget vs. actual expenses to control maintenance costs and section expenses.
• Fully comply with applicable procedures and Code of Ethics to protect and ensure reliable utilization of Company’s investments.
• Ensure monthly work plan and weekly / daily work schedules are prepared in line
with work orders priorities in coordination with all concerned (Operations, Maintenance, Contractors, Materials / Services Planners). Review & resolve any conflicts or change in priorities due to unforeseen / emergency situations encountered to minimize their impact on schedules..
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Maintenance KPIs and implement identified corrective action, as applicable.
• Lead material team for all related to material / spare parts .
• Review / follow with inventory team to ensure the activiation of MRP system
based on demand .
• Following with supply chain in weekly basis to ensure that we are matching the
procurment plan .

Preparing shoutdown job list along with task list of critical path and follow up the progress of excution .
Using micrsoft MS project in the shoutdown to identify the total duration .
Forcasting of PM activities & share ahead of each month .
Find solution of pending issues related to plant sustainablity .
Arrnging & coordninate with outsourcing's services provider .
Ensure the availabilty of spare stock level Min-Max.
Tracking the PM defferal approval & closing .
Participated in weekly prodction meeting with bussiness planning Dept.
Extracting & sharing the KPI report in weekly basis for all deptartments .
Ensure the availablity of materials before & during excution of the job .
Work with spare part team, logistic, procurment dept & making sure all PR's are
proparly closed & on time .
Lead & follow up for cleansing all pendings WO's without action .
Managing the backlog of notification & workorders .
Acountabile of conducting & leading weekly planning meeting that include the
major issues in the plant .
Tracking the budgent with maintenance specialist & align with plant requirments.

department & outside contractor & suplier .

• Order, receive and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.
• Coordinate daily as well as weekly planning meetings related with maintenance.

Project Engineer (Pipeline Aramco Fad
Responsibilities :
• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Plan .
• Reporting to the PM ( Project Manager ) .
• Verify Quality Control packages with inspection Engineer before proceeding the
hydro test, Pneumatic test, and flange torqueing.
• Develop and review work schedules in detail; verifies initial estimate for labor,
material, tools, equipment and shop work; reviews and verifies adequacy of
estimated project cost prior to and during work progress.
• Attends the daily Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) .
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work
activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
Planning engineer
i worked on stationary and rotating equipment (centrifugal
(pump
and incinerator and reciprocating compressor
single stage steam turbine, vertical pump, agitator gearbox, and daily planning activities, and I attend turnaround In OLEFINS I specifically with CGC Cracking Gas Compressor.
