- Receive the signed documentation package by client/guarantor and revising to ensure the completeness and the accuracy of the package.
- Maintain the documentation and collaterals of the corporate/SME and CBG Clients.
- Ensure that all approved credit facilities and client's information are accurately entered in the company's credit system.
- Working with legal staff to draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Reviewing applications for large consumer loans such as mortgage applications to determine whether they meet the lender’s criteria.
- Educating clients on how to improve their credit score or manage their debt to avoid delinquency or default.
- Monitoring interest rates and market conditions to identify potential problems before they arise.
- Evaluating real estate deeds through the real estate valuation assessors.
- Drafts and presents risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
- Cooperating with the IT Dept. to change from hardcopy to an automated procedure.
- Enter the data for the beneficiaries of the mortgage.
- Review and enter financing data and financing contracts data in the Real Estate Development Fund system.
- Request to stop disbursement of payments, inquire about the status of mortgage release, and then writing down inquiries and answering them after referring to the competent manager via e-mail.
I graduated from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration,where I gained analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
