- Study the reasons for service disconnection and explain the possible reasons for disconnections to higher management.
- Follow up with the support team to investigate any service resumption delay after payment being done by customer.
- Prepare and update periodic reports for management including all the needed data for analysis.
- Conduct monthly presentations to management and show them our team progress in terms of analysis and the number of solved issues.
- Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures and complete call logs.
