• Participating in the development of the Business Development function's work plan; distributing and following up on work activities, project and programs, monitoring work flow and developing work methods and procedures (bid preparation, proposal preparation, contract establishment.. etc)
• Managing market research and intelligence as well as Business Development activities that lead to the exploration of business opportunities and generation of leads as well as enhances the company’s service offering.

• Monitoring sales transactions and activities; coordinating with the concerned functions to ensure the fulfillment of sales orders promptly.
• Developing sales and marketing strategies and ensuring their alignment with the company overall strategic objectives.
• Developing pricing strategies and managing pricing activities based on accurate costing and suitable profit markup.
• Managing and enhancing the company's relationships with major clients in a manner that achieves the utmost benefit for the company.
• Managing the Market Research process, particularly for new technologies and products that enhance the achievement of company’s growth.
• Initiating the process of Product Development through anticipating customer needs and transforming them into products.
