Manage the program of radiation protection training.
Ensure the KPI of the department are being met and continuous monitoring.
Plan the department needs and training plan for the plant needs. Support in the report of the PSUR
of the plant and FANR inspections. Support with delegation of work of management.
Develop the strategy of the RP training department to ensure the following the highest
standards and international guidelines.
Plan long -term needs for the radiation safety training.
Mange and align the work between the staff for effective work plan.
Support emergency preparedness duties.

SENIOR RADIATION SAFETY GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST
Manage and lead the communications as the focal point for the radiation safety between
stakeholders and FANR (communicate with all stakeholders to grant alignment and
approval.
Make long term-plan for radiation safety needs.
Lead the alignment activities of the radiation safety and radioactive waste management of
several projects.
Investigate the latest technologies & applicability for the operational needs.
Ensure the alignment of the whole plants needs.
Organize alignment meetings between cross-functions departments to
manage the continuing and needs for the plant.

Execute radioactive waste and clearance level waste management
process.
Execute radioactive waste minimization plan to minimize generation of
waste.
Support operation of radioactive waste management committee.
Endorse radiation safety ALARA principles.

Execute the process to manage and control radiation safety in radiological
controlled area.
Monitor high radiation areas and contamination areas to minimize dose
exposure.
Monitor the transportation of radioactive material to and from radiological
controlled area.
Master of Art in International and Civil Security.
