• Conducted Presentation Seminar for first kick-off of start of work in insulation for Field Operation Groups and other Quality Control personnel's.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all quality control activities including material inspection and supervision as per approved method statement and inspection test plan at assigned project sites.
• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of inspection of materials at site including review and validation of test certificates to maintain quality of materials.
• Review all quality control procedures, inspection & test plans, job specification design (JSP), standards as well as project specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor and ensure completion of all inspections and tests as per schedule and prepare all QC documents to verify and keep a record of the tasks performed.
• Regularly prepare Request for Inspection (RFI) & Material Inspection Request (MIR) for the items/materials to be inspected.
• Verify and assess surface preparation before segregating samples for inspections and testing to ensure that surface finish is as per requisite standards.
• Responsible for monitoring the fabrication of cladding works, thickness of insulation material, dimensional check of support ring, installation of piping, test pack documenting for insulation and reporting to the client (commissioning)
• Liaise with the client’s QC team ensuring on time verification and approval of all site inspection reports.
• Participate in regular site meetings with clients, consultants and internal teams to discuss and resolve technical issues.
• Review all QC punch lists issued by client/consultant and ensure on time rectification of defects and close-out of punch points.
