Sr. Standardization Engineer Responsibilities include:
• Ensure that MMS (Material Master Section) policy, procedures and company policies &procedures are adhered to.
• Maintain the reliability, robustness and quality of master data held on the SAP inventory catalogue. This includes creation of new items, maintaining existing catalogue, supporting projects, etc.
• Divide, distribute, and monitor the workload.
• Make sure reports (other than KPI) are issued and analyzed periodically
• Develop, implement, and monitor short and long term plans for testing data quality and data enrichment for both material and service master.
• Control, coordinate and/or perform technical evaluation where required.
• Review the process periodically and make the necessary adjustments.
• Ensure that KPI’s are produced, analyzed each month in line with MTD policy and that issues are corrected and acted upon.
• Develop new and innovative ways to maximize the performance of the Standardization team. This includes working closely with other department, such as purchasing.

• Prepared production reports, cost analysis, product development studies for meetings with chief officers and stakeholders.
Focus on improving processes and systems by evaluating the current system, determining root causes of problems, and developing recommendations for improvement such as: • Work flow design. • Scheduling of staff/clients. • Organizational structure. • Workload management. • Inter-departmental coordination. • Work methods and procedures. • Defining workplace needs and designing physical workplace layouts. Support Management on improving decision making, problem solving, or planning by: • Designing questionnaires or other data collection tools. • Graphical analysis. • Cost benefits analysis. • Design or implementation of departmental. • Developing systems to monitor the performance, costs. • Analyzing the alternative solutions using computer simulation.
