Recruitment:
• Plan day to day activities with focus on organization’s planned talent acquisitions. Undertake necessary steps to outsource potential applicants internally or externally to provide the required planned manpower ensuring that all vacancies are filled with the right personnel in a timely manner.
• Develop, improve and implement relevant hiring tools including psychometric, assessment centers, and vocational tests to ensure the best match between candidates and the selection criteria.
• Look after the complete recruitment cycle from screening applicants, selection, short listing, testing, interview, and finally the joining formalities.
• Contribute in developing UAE national colleagues. Conduct on-the-job training and share knowledge whenever necessary.
• Perform other duties within the context of the job roles asked by the line manager.

HR System
• Make sure that the human resources information system is updated with employees’ required data in order to be used for various activities or transactions purposes.

Procedures and Processes
• Implement and comply with procedures and processes set for the business unit.
• Prepare correspondence ensuring timeliness, high quality and effectiveness

Inter-departmental coordination
• Communicate line manager instructions or desires to relevant individuals and/or departments. Furnish and obtain information from other principals or departments as required by own senior.

Reports / Data
• Prepare routine or special reports/ data and assist in compiling reports or data of a wider and more complex nature.

Document maintenance
• Ensure the paperwork and documentation of relevant activities is filed and maintained systematically as per an approved filing system.
