**Position Summary**:
The Legal Counsel for Real Estate provides legal advice and support on all real estate-related matters, including property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and compliance. This role ensures that the company's real estate transactions and projects are legally sound and aligned with corporate objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Legal Advisory**:
- Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and documents.

2. **Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with real estate projects and transactions.

3. **Transaction Support**:
- Assist in due diligence processes for real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

4. **Dispute Resolution**:
- Manage and resolve real estate-related disputes and claims.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and litigations related to real estate matters.

5. **Policy Development**:
- Develop and implement real estate policies and procedures.
- Advise on changes in real estate law and regulations that impact the organization.

6. **Stakeholder Management**:
- Liaise with external legal counsel, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders, including management and project teams.
