o Project planning and tracking, creating key milestones and KPIs
o Financial management including budgeting and securing funds and donations.
o Providing high level project reports to key stakeholders.
o Develop partnerships with private and public sectors to secure appropriate support in organizing and implementing entrepreneurship trainings all over the country.
o Provide mentoring services for projects and initiative in order to attain sustainability.
o Attract donors and draft proposals
o Define project scope, goals and deliverable.
o Set, develop and ensure the implementation of the action plan and the MEAL plan for data collection analysis and evaluation.
o Be responsible for drafting and submitting all deliverable (work plans, advocacy strategies, yearly, monthly quarterly reports, final reports activity reports, monthly reports, quarter reports and final reports both internal and external)
o Cold Calls and contact potential customers.
o Preparing proposals for Mega projects.
o Full supervision on medium scale project (preparing the location, handling the material, installing the system, after-finish checkup).
o Ensure that the installation is processing according to the plan and prepare status reports.
