A- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processingpaperwork.
B. Identifying and addressingemployee requirementsregarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
C. Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff
D. Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
E. Arranging training sessions with allnew hires and refresherworkshops for existing employees.
F . Assisting managers with staffrequirements.
G . Liaise with recruitment agencies.
H. Supervise the general activities ofthe HR Team.
I . Provide administrative assistanceto the executive team, managing schedules andcommunications.
J. Organize documents andresearch, ensuring efficient dataretrieval.
K. Arrange and prepare formeetings, including agendas andfollow-ups.
L. Collaborate on projects, maintaindeadlines, and facilitatecommunication.
M. Handle sensitive informationdiscreetly and professionally.
N. Handle incoming and outgoingcorrespondence, emails, andphone calls on behalf of theexecutives, ensuring prompt andprofessional communication.
O. Maintain a well-organized filingsystem for documents, reports, and confidential information toensure easy access and retrieval.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, includingpayroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Audit Reconciling processed work by verifying entries andcomparing system reports to balances
Maintaining historical records.
Serve as a point of contact for regular and VIP Guests.
Complete Night Audit duties.
Manage, record and promptly resolve issues oremergencies that arise.
Act in accordance with all security and emergencyprocedures and manage the instigation of these, asrequired.
Compile adequate handover to Early staff / Duty Manager.
Attend appropriate training courses, when required, andassist with the Night Team's training and developmentefforts.
Act in accordance with policies and procedures whenworking with front of house equipment and propertymanagement systems.
Conduct annual and mid-year Appraisals with TeamMembers
