Notable Accomplishments:
• Currently, trusted to lead a big project - design for a workshop for cars, around 20, 500 m2 land, collaborating with consultants for design, navigating all legal issues, obtaining requisite license, selecting the contractor, shortlisting metal companies and building the workshop and making arrangements for renting all the workshops.
• Handling a portfolio of 60-70 shops across the Kingdom for Maintenance and contracts with ability to seamlessly launch and support opening of new boutiques.

• Handpicked to lead and maintain project coordination, co-work with contractors in shortlisting a minimum of 3 contracts for each project, and finalizing the best deal based on the merits of the contracts and quality offered.
• Setting direction and strategies for capturing opportunities, profit attainment, and revenue management for each brand and branch, simultaneously ensuring adherence to standards and promptly addressing all issues that arise in the branch. Following up on the maintenance for all the stores around the kingdom. (FF, MEP, WOOD, Flooring. ETC)
• Maintaining constant obsession with quality and working with stakeholders and teams to launch new branches with installations that match international standards for the multi-brand store. (Longines- Omega - Mont Blanc-Frey Wille- Breitling, Shop in Shop).
• Tracking upkeep and progress of each branch within the Kingdom through periodic visits and persuading winning of lucrative contracts with the mall management and handling all projects from concept to execution and final payment settlements.
• Demonstrating a high level of expertise in understanding the competitive landscape, local and market dynamics, and changing customer needs in addition to adapting to business intelligence initiatives
