Focusing mainly on identifying, planning, developing, managing and implementing high level projects in line with the strategic and operational plans of the entity, identifying and optimizing relevant resources, and leading and managing business relationships with high level ministries and organizations.
Successfully established the HR Services unit and led the HR Employee Self Service to centrally manage and improve current HR processes, for a robust mechanism resulting in enhanced customer service experience. My main objective was to not only simplify and automate the existing HR services but also ensure reliability and consistency. Innovation was the key to develop and upscale complex processes and I have successfully improved the HR services within a short period.
Given my strong communication skills and people management, I joined HR to lead and manage Employee Relations, Emiratisation Management and HR Business Partner for Consumer Banking. I was also overseeing and managing Grievances, Disciplinary, Disputes, and Complaints. Additionally, I initiated and developed a new Emiratisation strategy that was successfully enrolled, and I led and managed various employee engagement projects such as staff events, national days, wellness projects, and CSR initiatives.
Applied my extensive skills and knowledge in both leadership management and technical expertise to implement one of the largest, complex and most critical projects - the HR Management System, Payroll System and Automation Processing. The outcome was a successful solution - unique, automated, and scalable to be implemented globally. The project radically changed the organization’s internal services and the customer’s perception.
Led, managed and successfully completed various projects which include Management Information Screens, Branch Refurbishment, Lean Management Process for HR, Intranet Redesign, and Printer Inventory Redesign. I also completed on the job training in the fields of Finance Corporate Management, Human Resource Management and Business Banking Management as part of the Management Training Program. In addition, I was also responsible for managing over 60 employees from the Undergraduate Development Program and helping them develop professionally in their career.
Worked as a Summer job in the Trade License department fulfilling the same responsibilities of a full time employee in the department including managing the initiation and logistics of new trade names, enlisting new companies and opening branches for existing ones while engaging with diverse customers.
In addition, I have completed business and liberal art courses including Public speaking, Human Resource Management, Philosophy etc.
