Coordinate with students the implementation of planned Residential Life activities such as meetings, events, programs.
Adhere, enforce, and effectively implement student housing policy and procedures
Disseminate information and circulate documents to dorm residents as required
Maintain daily log on dorm residents’ concerns, complaints and issues
Communicate transportation requirements for emergencies, weekly trips and international students and accompany them when needed

Communicate emergency situations in a timely manner
Reviews all incoming correspondence in all forms, electronic and others, before forwarding to the relevant personnel in the office.
Frequently maintain & report log of rooms’ availability, maintenance and hygiene status.
Update the log of dorm residents contact details and rooms assignments.
Maintain custody for dormitory keys & do effective key transfer and track keys at all times.
Monitor cleaners, security guards and technicians in solving dorm residents’ problems regarding room maintenance, safety, hygiene and other facilities.
Maintains an active presence and availability for dorm residents.
Conduct periodic inspections and when needed to ensure safety of dormitory by regularly checking on residents’ rooms.
Files documents appropriately, both in the electronic and other forms.
Maintain dormitory inventory of furniture and supplies and assist residents seeking check-in and check-out.
Retain log of dorm assets database.
Facilitate and track assets movement within and outside dormitories.
Conduct furniture assessment once a semester and as required.
Follow up the maintenance of the damaged assets.

First I was working at Libya as english teacher for primary and secondary schools, so that helped me alot to be patient and how to deal with many different people old and young .
Second I am here at UAE for four and half years working at securiguard middle east company and i have a big experience now in customer service and dealing with all security matters.
i worked at Abu Dhabi university for two and half years and dealing with students and guests at reception. and now I am working at Dusit Thani tower and im working at reception
