Tri-generation Utility Complex which serves the electro-mechanical facilities for a residential facility.
•District cooling of 16000 TR capacity, comprises of absorption, Air & water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, Thermal energy storage tank, and Boiler.
•Power generation of 17 MW through diesel gensets. Heat recovery from exhaust gases to produce pressurized hot water. A boiler as a backup for a pressurized hot water network.
•Sewage treatment plant of capacity of 1400 m3/day installed to provide treated sewage effluent water used for cooling tower, irrigation, and firefighting purposes.
•Water Treatment reverse osmosis plant of 3000 m3/day capacity to provide potable water for the residential compound from earth bore wells.
The whole utility complex is integrated with SCADA system.

Below is the summary of my experience with Utility Complex
-My major role and responsibility are to assure the safe operation of the Utility Complex through maintaining the Safety Integrity Level of the Equipment
-Managed the utility maintenance staff and external contractors for major rebuilds and operation developments.
-Assessment for existing as well as modified design Development of heat recovery system.
-Worked closely with plant Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations departments to provide reliable support systems for operations
-Implementation of safe sequence for plant startup and shutdown process.
-Consulted equipment manufacturers and appropriate specialists to resolve equipment problems
-Tracking of Instrument PM’s, action-list generation temporary facilities related to Asset Engineering Dept.
