• Desktop related involving Software &
Hardware installation, configuration,
troubleshooting.
• Work on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, File
server and CISCO Routers and Switches.
• Desktop/ Laptop on site and phone support;
Printer/Fax support, Backup system support,
Updating current infrastructure, deploying
new equipment.
• Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and
when unable to resolve, escalate to second or
third level in accordance with the Help Desk
escalation process.
• Support the following technologies: Microsoft
Office 2003, 2007 products - Outlook, Word,
Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP,
2007 desktops, Laptops, Printers, networked
copies, NIC’s LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity and
others as assigned
• Network Printer Installation
• CCTV camera installation and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining the
international links with the upstream
providers in Co-ordination with the core team.
• Responsible for network performance
assurance such as identify services
degradation or congestion and solve them.
• Troubleshooting both Core and Access
network layers (Trunks, Power Outages,
Temperature Violations, CPU, Bandwidth,
Utilization, alarming, reporting).
• Provide computer orientation support to
Trainees and fellows In Regional center Lahore.
I have completed my Bachelors Degree in (Information Technology) from IBMS AUP Peshawar Pakistan. CCNA from Sarhad University of technology Peshawar Pakistan and MCITP and MCTS from INARA institute of networking Peshawar Pakistan.
