Technical Duties:
To increase access network availability by following up NOC access
cases and provide minimum time to solve the problem.
To communicate/escalate vendors to address and resolve network troubles.
To communicate and coordinate with suppliers to tune and enhance network operations.
To coordinate with other network teams (Provisioning and Engineering) to take hand of the new projects and network setup enhancement.
To recommend changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate policies and procedures.
To maintain communications with staffs and management to ensure that work is delivered on time.
To monitor and maintain network to ensure uptime requirements and establish effective communication procedures with other units during outages, following up after problems are resolved and documenting problems and resolutions.
To assist in development and growth of a cross-functional team environment.
To perform any other duties requested by the Direct Manager.

Supervisory Duties:
To determine unit work objectives and set work priorities for subordinate supervisors.
To provide supervisors and employees with all the necessary technical support and guidance within the department.
To identify staff training needs and recommend the proper training modules for eligible individuals.
To liaise with employees on regular basis to discuss work progress towards achieving objectives.
Participated in designing, planning, implementing and operating for covering WIFI at Sharm Elsheikh

Responsible for ASSIA DSL Expresse to extend the XDSL line rate and reach of their DSL systems while maximising service quality and minimising maintenance costs. Responsible for Aruba WIFI centralised Model.
Understand the current TE Data Access network technologies applied with all offered service.
Responsible to revise access service SLAs and measures.
Suggest use of quality/service assurance reports to find a way to control troubles and optimise network performance.
Enhancing and facilitate the tools used to monitor/control network operation.
Responsible to translate that new projects/setup to a way of operation and troubleshooting steps and knowledge; then communicate this information to NOC.
Responsible to train and evaluate employees, addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Performing any other duties requested by the Direct Manager.

Open and close trouble, maintenance, and change control tickets within a specific time frame, while detailing the issue for the ease of knowledge transfer.

Responsible to coordinate and implement network software and hardware upgrades with other operation teams.
Use tools and utilities to resolve network performance and related system/network issues Escalate issue trouble tickets when appropriate utilising escalation procedures.
Update existing procedures and write new procedures relative to essential duties and responsibilities.
Responsible to maintain NOC troubleshooting tools.
Responsible to perform any other duties requested by the Direct Manager.
Assisted in upgrading the infrastructure of TE Data. Types of upgrades E1s, E3s, STM1s.
