Ensures regular and timely visits to the assigned outlets according to the "Journey Plan" to ensure product availability in a timely manner
Ensures product visibility as per BDA Agreement is enhanced effectively to meet the market demands and offtakes
Actively involves in identifying potential sites for displays/rentals and coordinates with the Supervisor to maintain, renew or withdraw displays so as to Maximize Sales
Reports Customer/Outlet feedback, issues, and grievances promptly to the Sales Supervisor
Growth in the coverage of Outlets in terms of account opening and volume & value of sales

To ensure the availability of listed items. Proper calculation of sales orders to avoid OOS
LPOs/ SO generated are to be tracked till merchandising for each retail
Ensure ROI for each retail where there is an investment on listing & Rentals
Planning and executing promotional activities per customer with the objective of increasing monthly, quarterly and annual Sales
Develop and maintain close relations with Customers in order to fulfill their needs more effectively
Report to Immediate Supervisor for any new event in market-related to business, Solve Customer problems in terms of product quality or Service-related issues
Responsible for primary and secondary Visibility and to maximize the space utilization with better planning and execution
Perform monthly collections from the assigned territory, should not increase the agreed and approved credit limit & Credit days. Follow-up for collection of payment and minimize bad debt in the territory
Submit Daily Billing and Sales plan reports to the Supervisor
Monitor & Communicate competitors’ new products and promotions, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to the Supervisor
Developed and implemented different Marketing and Business growth strategies for the company
Provided Visa advisory services to clients along with conducting counseling sessions with them.
