Preparation and Submission of Project technical Material Submittal
Preparation and Submission of MIR for approval
Maintain Material related records such as test
report, Material approvals, Delivery notes, etc.
Ensure that materials to be used in the Project are in compliance with project requirements/ specification.
Ensure successful completion and delivery of assigned task in specified time period, Quality.
Ensure Quality of works are being implemented in the projects.
Attending progress and coordination meetings.
Preparation of Project reports
Prepare of Daily and weekly progress report
Maintain proper records of variation works
Prepare correspondences for Consultant and different Entities
Preparation of all Permits through different channels ( NOC, TPD, IPS, ITC)
Identify and contact prospective clients.
Generate Sales Proposals
Service existing accounts and ensure Quality and Consistency of service and/ or product Delivery
Meet a daily and Weekly minimum of out bound new business calls, renewal calls as well as appointments
Oversee account services through Quality checks and other Follow-ups
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Attend project team meetings, and take notes on available project Outlines/ resource materials/ HR requirements/ budgetary details, etc.
Develop and plan on to bring efficiency and effectiveness in the project schedule and work approach.
Manage office calls, respond to queries.
Maintain project development and perform necessary communication to follow up on deadlines and changes in project schedules.
Prepare project proposals/ guidelines, contract agreements, project reports and presentation, etc.
Maintain Project records, Marketing and progress reports, document control, and relevant Correspondences.
Team Management and follow up with HR necessary Hiring and Termination related decisions.
Organize and setup important meetings and agendas.
Conducted market studies and handled research assignments, collated, analyzed and presented data to management.
Planned and executed various Graphic Design projects for the Organization using design tools.
Designed a unique, professional and aesthetically striking logo aptly representing the company’s services and developed content (articles and designs) for the company magazine.
Involved in designing the company portfolio as reference that shows all company products and services.
Create and provide innovative templates for Data Research.
Led and motivate work team, and maintain to carry out daily progress to completed within the defined schedule.
Supervises various researches and translation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participated in various interior design projects, understood client requirements through discussions, developed initial designs and worked on iterations.
• Created final design that was aesthetically appealing and in line with client expectations, carried out space planning and ensured optimum utilization of spaces.
• Collaborated with stakeholders such as project architects, consultants, contractors and utilities providers to plan and integrate interior design activities into the overall project works.
• Attended various industry seminars to stay updated of latest developments in interior design, communicated with experts in the field to gain knowledge.
• Oversaw implementation of interior color schemes and paint application, selected appropriate tiles and furnishings.
