•Recruiting new employees by phones, SMS and emails and forward their information to the Human Resource.
•Data entry onto internal system.
•Answering phones/ emails and dealing with issues that concern customers.
•Reorganisation filing system, photocopying, analysis of documents and archives of older files and disposal of documents and files those are no longer required.
•Attending to meeting and presentation with the management team.
•Reporting company matters directly to the head Manger.
•Responsible of permits to all employees.
