• Manage and coordinate the IT Division and resources and ensure that the below functions are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Delegate and monitor the IT Division, goals, objectives, and programs.
• Prepare reports on the overall performance of the IT Division for the Sr. Management.
• Review and evaluate the work of staff and outsourced services under his / her supervision, and ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively and that it complies with the Departmental policies and procedures.
• Advise CEO on the progress of all work under his / her control.
• Ensure the availability of required resources to carry out all the tasks related to the IT Division.
• Perform periodic performance appraisals for the team within the IT Division.
• Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs.
• Ensure that policies and procedures for the IT Division are documented and adhered to.
• Ensure that all the technology needs of the function are identified to ensure that its processes are performed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Develop the IT Division team, through the deployment of professional manpower and resources to enable the execution of projects, operations and services in alignment with IT strategy and to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Assure that the IT master plan is developed and implemented correctly and is compiled to by all companies and Divisions
• Develop long term strategy for IT in collaboration with the Senior Management and communicate the strategy, with business justification, to senior executives to ensure their cooperation in the implementation.
• Oversee and guide the IT team to ensure that the Divisions are provided with an efficient, integrated IT system which, meet the companies requirements from a strategic and technology viewpoint.

Oversee the day to day operations of the Service Delivery section in order to achieve the financial and commercial goals set out in the IT Master Plan, to procure the best IT products and services at the most cost effective level and ultimately to maximize profits for the IT Department and other entities. Assure customer satisfaction internally and externally.
