J/One Vertical Complex in Jeddah with contract value 230m SAR, Which is
luxury residential compound.
Site quality control manager with deputy project manager responsibilities.
For Alraidah Housing Complex south Abhor with contract value 1.86 B. SAR.
The project is residential buildings (74 buildings will provide 2560 departments)
of 6, 8 and 10 Stories, subsurface foundation (piles and raft) with more than 6400
piles, dia of 800 mm and 22 m depth.
• In addition to undertaking QA to improve deliverable quality, ensure and initiate a
series of ‘Quality Control’ (QC) techniques to be implemented.
• Eliminate any variances in the quality of the deliverable produced from the quality targets set
• Review the process monthly to ensure that weekly peer reviews are being formally undertaken
• Review and amend the contractor quality plan.
• Researching potential consultants, and management of tendering process, for the
appointment of Lead Engineer/ Infrastructure Consultant/ Architect
of Record for the Kilometer High Tower and associated 5.3m.sq.m. masterplan.
• Handle all data collection and leasing with major authorities and stakeholders.
• Consulted and built relationships with key stakeholders to improve planning and strategy development.
• Involved in the Memorandum of Understanding signed with Saudi Tabreed for the district cooling.
• Negotiating for the waste and trash vacuuming system with specialists.
• Involved in the negotiation with the Saudi Electrical Company for the project permanent connection, (SEC required One bulk station and 9 substations), as well for the temporary connection with Taqaa power provider, and we had MOU with them to supply the project with the power for 25 years till SEC take over.
Feb 2011 to date Jeddah East Project, with project value 773 millions SAR to
execute immediate, temporary solutions for flood control in Jeddah, and to put the
strategically study and full master plane in Jeddah and five earth dams.
My Duty as Senior engineer, Client Representative, to follow the contractual
issues with all consultants and contractors involved in this project, prepare the
executive monthly reports and (RFP) Request For Proposal, time extensions, and
all variation orders, and attend the meeting with H.E Jeddah Mayor.
Oct 2010 to Feb 2011 Jeddah Waterfront, with project value 1.54 billion SAR to
develop Jeddah waterfront and four road connected to it (AlTahleiya, Falasteen,
Flood Canal and middle corniche) As project management company PMDC took
the scope of managing all JDURC Projects and the waterfront one of them.
My duty as Senior civil engineer, reviewing all consultants submitted
deliverables (drawings, technical specifications, materials submittal, BOQ and
other related infrastructure works) as well as design review, monitor the works
design consultant.
Upgrade for Western region sewerage network with contract value 75m Dhs, to enlarge the network in Madinat Zayed, Mirfa, Abu alabyad, Delma and Sila.

Oct 07 to Oct 09 FERRARI & RETAIL EXPERIENCE with contract value 1.1
billion Dhs, the Ferrari world is a huge steel structure (space frame), and 3 stories
in addition to two car parking buildings each 3 stories, one shopping mall (Yas
mall and 2 department store (IKEA & ACE). And the entry bridges and traffic
connection to the shopping mall and the car parks, with large scale of underground
networks, sewerage, storm, trash vacuum, district cooling, water supply, power
connection, and gas distribution
Dec 06 to Oct 07 Shahama Sadyat Freeway & Yas Island development with
contract value 2.5 billion Dhs, include 3 interchanges with 26 bridges and one
water crossing bridge and 4 underpass plus 16 Km of road and the infrastructure
along with it, so as to construct 2 marina with diaphragm wall and floating
pontoon for 160 yacht.
Management of the construction of large sewerage, pumped and pressure pipeline projects
project to construct a school belonging fro the company in addition to 3
building for workers families, the building consist of 4 stories and basement
with full central heating and air conditioning .
