• Led the transformation of Performance Management in partnership with Korn Ferry/Hay Group. This comprises of performance management framework, behavioral competencies, comprehensive manuals, policies and procedures, change management interventions, system work-flow and automation.

• Effective champion of the Sales transformation project with the scope of sharpening sales overall capabilities in partnership with Sandler® Training. This includes introducing 4 years intensive Sandler system training program with the following elements: Quarterly classroom training, 1:1 weekly coaching sessions, ongoing e-learning programs, and online webinars.

• Launched Alturki Learning Management System (LMS) in coordination with KnowledgeCity and LinkedIn Learning in alignment with Alturki behavioral competencies.

• Implemented Employee Effectiveness Survey in partnership with Korn Ferry/Hay Group.

• Initiated the Management Trainee Program which aims to inject the organization with new blood of Saudi calibers to support the future leadership pipeline.

• Led the Alturki Leadership Program (ALP) aiming to spot top talents across all subsidiaries and planning accelerated career paths for talents.

• Launched 2 years vocational training programs for Saudis with accredited higher vocational institutes

• Managing the Performance Management cycle and ensuring overall program compliance.

• Actively participated in career days and provided integral administrative support to hiring managers across entire spectrum of recruitment process to ensure hiring the best possible talent.
