• Worked out Financial Feasibility of introducing cashless vending machines in Pakistan with 2 years implementation plan.
• Created a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Led the project from planning, designing and execution of Product launch and it's running in Pakistan Market, with a successful launch in February.
• Developed a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

Achievements:
• Collaborated with leading telecom operators in the country introducing NFC and other digital payment mechanisms in Pakistan for mobile wallets.
• Planned and successfully introduced various digital services through vending machines in Pakistan (Digital wallet top-ups, tap-less transactions, biometric verifications etc.).
• Draw budgets for 2014 for each Department/Region in line with corporate objectives.
• Project Manager for a recently concluded project of Partnering with product design firm in Finland.
• Developed and now working towards further establishing Sri Lanka market for Wavetec products as Head of Business
• Development of South & Far East Asia.
• Working closely with Wavetec marketing team to implement effective Digital and Conventional marketing strategies in line with corporate objectives.
• Supervising Market Analysis and Research activity to study industry trends and behavior.

• Close coordination with Head Office in Dubai, UAE, with matters relating to Business Development, Strategies and • Planning.
• Working closely with UK/Europe office (London) in carrying out Business Development Activities (formations of proposals, participating in Tenders, dealing with key clientele etc.).
• Reporting to the CEO, and working alongside to devise key business strategies for Wavetec global offices (Brazil, China, UK and USA).
• Prepared sales and cost budgets for 2010 and 2011 giving daily, monthly, quarterly and annual figures for sales and costs.
• Presenting the budget to the top management (CEO, CFO) on a monthly basis, making any required amendments to cater to changing markets and consumer demands.
• Responsible for analyzing performance of the business, using budgeted figures and historical results.
• Carrying out the financial analysis of the individual showrooms and the business as whole to assess profitability levels, using various financial profitability ratios.
• Discussing the Business performances and analysis with the company top management.
