PMO:
 Facilitating in designing and updating Department Performance Plan besides ensuring the successful implementation of departmental strategy, responsibilities and deliverables.
 Preparing long and short-term plans including annual budget plan as well
as plan for new projects by studying business functions, collecting
information and evaluating outputs.
 Serving as In-charge of creating structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time frame and budget constraints.
 Maintaining hassle-free interaction with internal & external parties to assess the workloads, define priorities identify dependencies and solve
issues by recommending actions, during the project life cycle.
 Developing and implementing best practices for successful delivery of projects across the business lines.
 Monitoring project’s progress by tracking activity, resolving risks and issues, publishing progress reports and by recommending actions.
 Rolling-out governance standards across the department’s portfolio.
 Devising and maintaining department’s policies, procedures and tactical business processes.
 Controlling the overall activities, processes and full compliance with quality standards and policies.
 Preparing annual audit plan, conducting internal audits and preparing audit reports.
 Observing non-conformities to ensure preventive and corrective actions are effectively taken.
 Managing the risk management process starting from risk identification up to the mitigation plan.
 Establishing as well as managing Service Level Agreement (SLA) in accordance with the priority and time frame of the service.

Business systems Analysis:
- Leading meetings with executive business partners and technology’ leadership to understand business goals and solutions needs, including participation in business requirements definition
- Understanding business process, study and analyse workflow to design solutions (To-Be Analysis); preparing the detailed user story documents for functional requirements
- Identifying use cases, write user stories and document the business process.
- Working closely with procurement for developing RFPs: technical specification, business requirements and technical evaluation criteria/score definition.
- Conducting technical evaluation and ranking of RFP responses.
- Managing project’s resources, tasks priorities and deliverables across different releases and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Worked with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Automating the corporate strategy using SharePoint (Sites and lists design and creation).
- Responsible for business process mapping and workflow design using Microsoft Flow.
- Creating functional and non-functional test case scenarios.
- Conducting training sessions for end users.

As a BA, gathered requirements from project’s stakeholder, system analysis and finalization of technical / functional specifications followed by converting business needs into a feasible software design & development solution.
 As a Web Developer, built a web application using Visual Studio 2010 (Asp.Net, C# --- Telerik Rad Controls) and designed database using SQL Server2008.
 Managed the development life cycle right from designing, developing, coding, testing, troubleshooting and debugging of the applications and managing smooth implementation and testing of application at client location.

 Functioned in close coordination with a team of 3 Senior Business Analysts to conduct workshops for stakeholders for requirement gathering and to map As—Is and To-Be processes.
 Scrupulous role in understanding the business requirements and further translating them into functional requirements as well as managed requirements across the various releases of the process.

 Developed various modules using Visual studio 2008 and handle integration with OpenText BPM Portal (Back-end: Oracle 11g, Toad for Oracle); prepared functional tests scenarios to validate the user requirements.
