• Direct reporting to the Top Management, CEO, Owner and other partners; monthly and periodically financial planning and reporting, and giving strategic advise according to the financial analysis and indications.
• Analysing and interpreting variances, as well as suggesting solutions and adjustments for every account in the budgeted versus actual financial statements: cutting off 12% of 2016 annual fixed costs instead of -5% in 2015.
• Financial forecasts and projections for financing purposes: obtaining two bank loans in 2016. Close control and communication within the HR department and follow up the payrolls, social insurances, housing funds, health insurances etc: cutting off 6% of 2016 labour cost.
• Changing the monthly closing period from 20 days to 9 days.
• Cutting off costs; suppression of the external accounting agency, hiring new accounting team, and setting up an ERP system: Kingdee System.
• Controlling the accuracy of the Input/Output VAT, affiliated taxes, income taxes, business taxes and others, and following up the taxes regulations.
• Developing strategies and implementing work processes for the business development.
Setting up and developing adequate internal controls for the different subsidiaries in order to strengthen the rules and manage errors and/or frauds.
• Regular control and follow up of the Purchasing department and conducting inventory analysis. Setting up, controlling and maintaining the ERP systems: Micros and Auphan systems for Hermès Shanghai Maison, and for 5 other subsidiaries as well.
• Investment profitability analysis and guidance: ROI, ROE, Payback period and other investment ratios.
• Developing analytical accounting knowledge; improving the costs calculation methods, from direct to indirect expenses to be included in the costing/pricing.
• Creating other tasks according to the needs, because, there is always something to improve!

• Market research consulting regarding new investors who want to conquer the Chinese market.
• China and Morocco have signed a free trade agreement in 2016: Guiding Moroccan investors through the implementation process in order to choose the right product/service to develop according to profitability, culture, an market’s opportunities.

• Responsible of setting up Auphan POS system for the internal organisation.
• Training the operation teams for the well use of Auphan POS system.
• Maintaining the establishment of the product’s costs.
• Creating new methods for investments evaluation.
• Developing new methods for the evaluation of the inventories.
• Creating new procedures for the In/Out flows of the inventories.
• Establishing and executing new procedures for the purchasing department.

• Participating in the controls of the Import/Export transactions.
• Participating in the development of new services (new terms of public bonds, electronic saving bonds, credit facilities...).
• Participating in the training of the teams for the internal policies.
• Follow up of the exchange rate fluctuations.
