• Initiated internal ware house function in DWP and prepared distribution plan in coordination with Regional Sales Manager.

• Manage the legal documentation of foreign delegation
• Verification of the accuracy of records and related reports.
• Check compliance with Company policies and procedures regarding operational activities.
• Comparison of actual expenses with budget and identify the reasons for variances.
• Surprise checking of cash/stock and reconciliation with books.
• Stock reconciliation of stores and spares, production in process and finished goods.
