Handling all Drafts & legal documents beforehand, Analyzing legal issues and Managing files to prepare to trials.
-Meeting with clients to organize materials needed in the courtroom and Manage all phases of the litigation from the Investigation, Pleading and discovery through the pre-trial settlement.
-Ensure that the clients business transactions are in compliance with law and give him advice of any negative effects it might create.
