• Responsible for the major client coordination for the company, the clients are Telenor (Pvt. LTD) and Engro Foods (Pvt. LTD).
• Maintaining the quality control SOPs (Standard operating procedure) with the clients as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Achieving the benchmark for the call levels set by the client requirements.
• Rapidly performed up to the standards and fulfilled the set targets as per the required time period quarterly.

• With different clients I have worked on the below project executing the said tasks

(a)TELENOR (Pvt. LTD) CSR EXPERT:
(I) Outbound calls to the Distributors, Retailers and the consumers.
(II) B2B (Business to Business Calling) to the corporate customers.
(III) B2C (Business to Consumer Calling) to the consumers.
(IV) BI (Business intelligence) is the main business backbone where the company gets the feedback from the customer with behalf to the existing or any new product which needs either to be developed or changed.
(v) Financial Services which were sold by the client to the end user through us included such product known as “Easy Paisa Mobile account”, “Easy Paisa Mobile Loan” “Easy Paisa Mobile handsets” and “Easy Paisa Tablet PCs” ”, the product was sold to the retail sector mainly by us.
(VI) PPS (Post Paid SIM CARDS) were sold and distributed by us to the regions retailers.
(b) ENGRO (FMCG) (Pvt. LTD) :
(I) Dairy Products were sold to the retail sectors, Distributors and the End Users.
(II) Conducted customer services and distribution for famous products Such as Olpers Milk, Tarang Milk and Dairy Omang etc.
(III) Inbound and outbound calling with the responsibility of negotiating deals with the customer and finally executing the sales/ Delivery.
• Was selected as the Supervisor Operation with-in a remarkable time period of one (1) year being the best candidate eligible for the criteria of responsibility for the Job Tasks.
• Rewarded Employee of the Month and Star Performer by company each once in my current job period with the company.

• Fixed Sales target on a daily basis, where I used to allocate the targets to my in-house and out-house team product wise.

• Following up for credit customer payment after the payment due dates.
• Tracking for any possible aging stock on hand in our inventory, used to find ways to liquidate the aging products on a maximum profit margins.

• Collect and prepare data for reports whenever necessary.

• Achieved the highest sales for consecutive six months for which the company awarded me with a thirty percent (30%) increase in pay (this multiplied my salary four times on what I joined).
