* Coordinate all engineering activities, review engineering documents of various disciplines and resolve
interface issue
* Review and approve the project QA/QC documents and procedure.
* Review and approve method of statement prepared by contractors.
* Review and approve Commissioning check list.
* Installation & Testing and Commissioning of 1600 KVA Transformer.
* Installation & Testing and Commissioning of Schneider make MV, LV Switchboard in MCC.
* Installation & Testing of Simulation Mode Checking of ACBs Breaker (MAKE-Schneider, Master pact
Micrologic- 7) in PCC & MCC Sections.
* Follow positive isolation, LOTO & PTW system at workplace.
* Preparation of Maintenance philosophy & SOP, SMP for Maintenance Operation of Electrical System.
* Inspection of all electrical activities & material with reference to the standards
* Critical load & non-critical shifting to temporary switchboard.
* ATS checking of LV panel and modifications done as per maintenance request.
* Maintenance of Switchgears, motor and Transformer.
* Installation, Testing and Commissioning of CEG make AC & DC UPS (AC-45 KVA, 220 V & DC-48 V, 170 A)
* Installation & Commissioning of New LV Motors & Loop connection & checking for PLC for simulation mode
checking from substation to field to DCS.
* Protection relay setting update of Sepam T82 and Tesys relay.
* Support to QAPCO Maintenance team during start-up.
* Troubleshooting during start-up.
* Witnessing for the testing activities.
* Prepare punch list for the commissioning.

Key Deliverables: -
* Operation and Maintenance of Power Transformer 132/33KV, Circuit Breakers (SF6, Vacuum), CTs, PTs, LA,
Battery, Battery Chargers, Isolators etc.
* Supervising all ongoing works at yard and line
* Maintenance of Substation and Switchgear.
* Routine maintenance of switchyard and Equipment Operation and Maintenance of Control and Relay Panel.
* Maintenance of PCC, SB, LDB and MCCs, Synchronizing panel.
* Alarms on the SAS shall be carefully observed, and alarm report shall be periodically generated
* Reading of all substation equipment parameters values are to be noted in each shift
* Ensuring to restore the supply as early as possible after the completion of outage maintenance work
* To execute shut down for production stations, gathering stations and Engineering activities etc.
* Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures.
* Supervise project site to ensure tasks are executed in accordance with approved specification, procedures &
method statement.
* Supervision & organizing manpower, plant & equipment.
* Substation Electrical trouble shooting as per oil field safety rules and work permit system.
* Verifying the pre-commissioning, commissioning start up requirements and documents.
* Calibration of Different types MFM & Energy meters.
* Testing and Commissioning of CT, VT, CB, Transformer Bus Bar, Meter, Transducers in GIS, Switch Gear, Switch
yard and Capacitor banks.
* Scheme checking of Control and Relay Panels, Local Control Cubicle in GIS, Switch gear, Transformer
marshalling box, SAS, Annunciations, LVAC, DCDB, ACDB panels, Battery, and Charger Panel.
* Scheme checking of ABTS, ACCS, CAPACITOR, UV/UF Panels.
* Open and Closed loop Checking of 13.8 KV switchgear and 132KV GIS.
* Individual and Overall Interlock checking with Bus Coupler and Bus Section.
* Interfacing Checking from LCC to CRP Panels.
* CRM Testing of Bus bar, Earth switch, Disconnectors
* Modification done as per Client Requirement.
* Perform the Hi Voltage testing for Bus bar and Cables.
* Acceptance and Final Setting for ABB REF615 O/C, E/F, U/V, O/V Relay.
* Acceptance and Final Setting for Siemens 7VK610 Sync Relay
* Acceptance and Final Setting for Siemens 6MD66 BCU & Sync Checking.
* Co-ordination of SAS events and Checking Current, Voltage Measurements I/O signals.
* Following the Punch mark and red mark-up drawing submission
* Perform the Primary injection, Secondary injection and bus bar stability testing.
* General Arrangements, Single Line Diagram, Cable Schedule, Termination Schedule and Schematic Drawings
Modifications, Red mark up and Report’s hand overs

* Preparation of Cable Schedule and Termination Schedules
* Testing and commissioning of substation protective relays like, O/C and E/F relays, Directional relays, REF
relays, Feeder Protection, BCU Configuration.
