 Working for Payments (Functionally supervisiing the payments section) and Cash Management sections of Treasury department.
 Completely controlling and Managing the Payment Section of Treasury dept.
 Bank Reconciliation, FX Deals and Treasury Performance Analysis by Cash flow.
 Maintaining Petty Divisions Cash A/C’’s & ( Making Vouchers in SAP ) and Deposits.
 Receiving Division Cheques & GOSI Sending to banks & sending the confirmations to divisions.
 Keeping signed cheuqes & delivering to suppliers & salary cheuqes
 Making Monthly Salaries, Final Settlements, Vacation Salaries, Bonus & occasionally Trading Customer chques through Rajhi
 Intra Payments ( Between Alfanar Divisions )
 Workflow, Petty cash and SADAD by using HSBCNet.
 Issue cheque and telex transfers at the required accuracy, on the basis of payment orders received from departments
 Follow up signing cheque and telex transfers from the authorized signatories (Treasury department Manager, BoD etc
 Send telex transfer to the banks through the correspondents for executing, and receiving back copy of telex transfer from the bank confirming the receipt & executing
 Send requests for issuance certified cheque to the banks through the correspondents and receive back the certified cheque issued by banks
 Hand over singed cheque to the beneficiaries (suppliers, employees, etc.) or deposit them into their bank accounts by correspondents
 Return the payment orders to the accounting department with the supporting documents that confirm completing payment process
 Prepare and update payment orders status on daily basis and upload it on Finance portal
 Prepare daily report about cheque and telex transfers and upload it on Finance portal
 Prepare online payments and enter them into the bank website basing on approved transfer orders
 Follow up with the authorized signatories in order to approve payments done through the electronic banking services
 Make Bank advices that confirming executing payments done through electronic banking services
 Keep cheque books for all bank accounts in a safe place
 Control cheque books quantity and ordering new quantity when the inventory is at minimum quantity
 Communicating with Treasury Managers, Accounts Managers, Purchasing Managers and Bank's Correspondents
 In order to provide the divisions with better services on updating division’s payments status & processing, (Cash management/ Trade / Teller / Division Payable)., I am also nominated as front desk in addition to receive all the divisions inquiries & notes on following points,
1. TRF payment order status
2. Divisions petty cash TRF / HSBCnet PP
3. SADAD utilities bills settlements
4. Retuning executed Payment bunch.
5. Getting swift massage / Bank TRF advice
6. Chq Status.
7. Receiving all the internal reconciliations between the divisions & posting in the GL.
