Reporting to Chief accountant and Finance Manager of the following
•Customer daily invoices on system.
•Maintain customer’s information.
•Weekly customer Aging reports.
•Daily cash and bank receipt transactions on system.
•Maintain WIP reports.
•Preparing bank payments vouchers.
•Reconciliation of customer statement of accounts.
•Monthly control accounts reconciliations and closing.
•Support and facilitate sale Department to meet their targets.
•Quarterly physically stock taking.
•Weekly process of projects reports to Finance Manager.
•Proper follow up of the collections, reconciliation, and Aging Analysis, Timely and reporting.
•Working on ERP latest accounting software
Inventory Records: Maintaining all types of inventory records of daily transactions.
Store Inventory Management: Verifies the billing and retail accuracy along with the quality requested of products received into the store. Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and partner with store manager in execution of the annual inventory process in store. Ensure zero existing of irrelevant stock.
Stock Replenishment: Perform physical stock check at each month end and prepare reconciliation between physical stock and monthly inventory record by 2nd of the following month. Prepare quantity schedule.
Logistic Support: To make sure availability of vehicles and ensure that all packed finished stocks will be reach in time on the client location.
Raw Material Availability: Ensure timely and un interrupted availability of raw materials to Production.
Daily Processing Activity: Undertakes assigned daily processing activities related to be a particular section within the warehouse.
Inventory Records: Maintaining all types of inventory records of daily transactions.
Closing Stock: Fully aware about inward and outward inventory and the responsible for balance of “closing stock” at the day end

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Management Staff of the following
•Working on ERP latest accounting software.
•Route Development for reduction of cost and enhancing efficiency
•Forecasting complex systems of stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and performance evaluation
•Liaising between, suppliers and company
•Develop dealer distribution network
•Leading department about 250 employees
•Monitor & aligned all stock movement
•Verify transporter’s / contractors/ freight & bills
•Control variation with stock
•Support and facilitate sale force to meet their targets
•Bank reconciliation and daily to daily transaction report.
•Estimation of cost and prepare recommendations for reduction
•Dealings in sales return units and bounce back units of company
•Proper follow up of the collections, reconciliation, and Ageing Analysis, Timely and reporting
•Monthly reconciliation of Imported CBU ( complete built unit)
•Daily activity report of production.
•Payable summary of rice & paddy suppliers.
•Daily petty cash transactions.
•Monthly salary report to Management
