• Identify opportunities to improve business analysis processes and tools and implement best practices.
• Review and validate requirements gathered by the team to ensure they align with business needs.
• Ensure that the team's work meets quality standards and follows best practices.
• Develop and maintain a test strategy that outlines the overall approach to testing for each project using DevOps.
• Review and approve business analysis documents, such as project charter, requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Create test plans that detail the scope, objectives, and resources required for testing efforts.
• Design and create test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Continuously assess and improve the QA process, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement and manage a defect tracking system to monitor and report software issues.
• Prepare regular reports on the progress of the project and testing.
• Identify potential risks related to requirements or quality & testing and develop mitigation strategies.
System Administrator (Enterprise Social media - yammer)
Provide training (Office365, SharePoint, Enterprise Social Network, and Marketing)
Preparing and managing action plans
Evaluate emerging technologies
Brainstorm new and creative marketing ideas (such as gamification)
Perform multi - types of applications testing, (i.e. Functional, Regression, etc.)
Creating test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Report on test progress to related parties.
Assure an optimal system performance and requirements fulfilment according to the agreed specifications
Participate in review of standards, procedures, tools and processes.
Review all test results to verify that software programs operate as designed.
Plan marketing objectives and strategies
Planning, developing and evaluating advertising and trade promotion programs
Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Perform multi - types of applications testing, (i.e. Functional, Regression, etc.)
Creating test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Report on test progress to related parties.

Execute manual and automated test.
Review all test results to verify that software programs operate as designed.
Verify programs functionality is according to user requirements.
Maintain a detailed log all keystrokes and/or command entered during testing and how the computer responds to them.
Communicate effectively with developers regarding issues, defects, questions and suggestions and arise during testing to ensure that issues are resolved.
Assist in disaster recovery testing, functional, load and stress testing.
Monitor the SW life cycle (from analysis to post implementation) to ensure conformity with quality standards.
