Main Roles & Responsibilities:
•Identify opportunities to improve business analysis processes and tools and implement best practices.
•Review and validate requirements gathered by the team to ensure they align with business needs.
•Ensure that the team's work meets quality standards and follows best practices.
•Develop and maintain a test strategy that outlines the overall approach to testing for each project using DevOps.
•Review and approve business analysis documents, such as project charter, requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows.
•Create test plans that detail the scope, objectives, and resources required for testing eforts.
•Design and create test cases, test scripts, and test data.
•Continuously assess and improve the QA process, tools, and methodologies to enhance eficiency and efectiveness.
•Implement and manage a defect tracking system to monitor and report software issues.
•Prepare regular reports on the progress of the project and testing.
•Identify potential risks related to requirements or quality & testing and develop mitigation strategies.
