based issues and empowerment of women and Children.
Design and implement programs and initiates aimed at promoting gender equality, addressing gender based violence, advancing women’s rights and child’s rights.
Conduct research and analyze finding and inform the development of programs and advocacy effort.
Engage with diverse communities to raise awareness about gender issues, provide support services, and foster partnership with local organization and stakeholders
Manage the center’s resource effectively including budgeting and procurement of materials needed for program and activities.
Provide technical assistance, Organize workshops, seminars, and other events
Provide counseling, referrals, and support services to individual’s experiencing gender based discrimination and violence and other.

Working as a Resource Person of ORC(Our Responsibility children) project . Initiative of women and child department of Karala. Addresses deviancies and other vulnerabilities of children and integrate them through enhancing
Life skills, nurturing strength and other support.
Conducted and handled training sessions to enhance the life skill of students and also to identify and address the deviancies and other vulnerability of children.
Assisted in the planning, implementation and evaluation of project.
WAYANAD MUSLIM ORPHANAGE
Child Welfare Officer, 23 November 2017 to 30 Julay 2018
Worked as Child welfare officer at wayand Muslim Orphanage (WMO), Muttil Wayanad. A charitable organization to provide holistic care and support to orphans and restitutes in the region
Conducted assessment of children entering the orphanage to determine their needs and appropriate placement.
