“ Sales Officer (SO)” Base Peshawar & Northern Area

Main Responsibilities
o Launching incentive programs to generate and increase sales.
o Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team.
o Assisting Account Executives in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
o Training and coaching team members on selling techniques.
o Setting examples for other staff in areas of personal character, commitment and work habits.
o Reducing shrinkage by managing loss prevention techniques.
o Leading, directing and motivating the sales team.
o Gaining a thorough understanding of every customers’ needs in order to offer them the best solution.
o Presiding over weekly staff meetings.
o Conducting real-time phone monitoring of staff..
o Promptly handling customer complaints
o Ensure that the monthly sales targets set by the company are achieved.
o Ensure availability of product in the market and its proper display at the customer’s

o Ensures that there is a quality execution of all sales programs, promotions, initiatives,
and launches in the area and the distribution channels.
o Ensure that his complete area of operation is adequately covered from business
point of view.
o Develop cooperative working relations with the customers.
o Enrolment of new customers and ensuring their names and addresses are entered in the systems.
o Daily & Weakly visit to area of operation / route assigned and collect customers’ orders for execution.
o When required, he can also collect stock from the warehouse and delivery to the customer as per order. Any delivery to any customer will always be with invoice.
o Will collect of amount from credit customers with in stipulated time period.
o Deposit of amount received from the customers in the company’s account.
o Ensure that no expired or damaged stock is sold or available in the market.
o summary and invoices etc as per company’s instructions.
o Completing all sales paperwork.
